Register - Current Student

Registration includes completion of the online enrollment and attendance at registration.

Important information before you start:

If you did not receive your PIV number contact your school registrar. If you are a new student to the area, see the Enroll section. Online registration opens in August 2021. Our Frequently Asked Questions page addresses many common questions. If you do not have access to a computer or are having difficulty with the process, please be assured that school staff are happy to help. Please contact your school office or registrar for assistance. Thank you!

Complete these steps to register each returning student.

Step 1 - Online Registration

It is vital that you use the Parent Login ID or PIV.  

This will be provided to you in August in an email or letter from your child’s school as the PIV/Pinnacle User Name.  If you do not use that number as part of your setup, your children’s information will not connect to your profile.

Step 3 Medical forms - if needed

Step 4 School Meal Program - OPTIONAL

Free breakfast and lunch are available at all schools during the 2021-2022 school year.  (Cost applies if requesting milk only).

Families Invited to Apply Now for Pandemic EBT Benefits

Pandemic-EBT (P-EBT) is a federally funded program providing food benefits to families whose children are missing the free or reduced-price meals usually provided at school. Oregon plans to provide benefits to eligible students retroactively, starting from October 2020.

  • P-EBT cards will be sent to all families who qualify to receive benefits.

  • P-EBT provides families financial support to cover the cost of groceries while your children are home during school closures. This benefit is provided to ALL families whose children receive free and reduced-price school meals in Oregon.

  • Families can get both Pandemic EBT and prepared “grab and go” meals that schools are serving during the pandemic. 

Applications are confidential. For families not prequalified (for example SNAP and families with Foster children) the application for Free and Reduced Meal Program must be completed. This is a simple and confidential form and all families are encouraged to apply.

  • There is no citizenship requirement, for you or your child in order to be eligible, and participation has no bearing on public charge.

  • A new application must be completed each year unless you receive an email or letter stating that your child(ren) has/have already been approved for the new school year.

Apply for the Free and Reduced Meal Program

Using the TITAN family portal, you can link all of your students in one easy to manage location. Here you can manage your student’s meal accounts, make online payments and apply for Free or Reduced School meals. (Please note: When signing in to the Titan family portal or applying for meal benefits, Philomath parents will need to type Corvallis School District (Oregon) in the district box. Also, you must include the leading zero in your student’s ID number if it is not already 7 digits long.

Step 6 Volunteer Application - OPTIONAL

Volunteering in your child's school is a great way to get involved and support your school. Please complete the district volunteer application form HERE.
