Register - Current Student

Registration includes completion of the online enrollment and attendance at registration.

Important information before you start:

If you did not receive your PIV number, or are a new student to the area, contact your schools registrar for an appointment and see Enroll section. Online registration opens on August 2020. Our Frequently Asked Questions page address many common questions. If you do not have access to a computer or are having difficulty with the process, please be assured that school staff are happy to help. Please contact your school office or registrar for assistance. Thank you!

Complete these steps to register each returning student.

Step 1 Online Registration

It is vital that you use the Parent Login ID or PIV.  This has been provided to you in an email or letter from your child’s school as the PIV/Pinnacle User Name.  If you do not use that number as part of your setup, your children’s information will not connect to your profile.   

Step 2 Attend Registration Day

Steps 1 (Online registration) must be completed BEFORE In-Person Registration (Step 2).

Clemens Primary School

Computer Access (for Registration only) will be available August 12th-19th from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, please call the office at 541-929-2082. 

Philomath Elementary School / Blodgett

Philomath Middle School 
ONline registration open from Wednesday, August 12th - Wednesday August 19th
All Online - complete by August 19th.

Philomath High School

Online Registration open from Wednesday, August 12th - Wednesday, August 19th
Computer Access (for Registration only) will be available August 17th and 18th  from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm

 

Step 3 Medical forms - if needed

Step 4 School Meal Program - OPTIONAL

Breakfast and lunch are available at all schools for a nominal cost. On behalf of the Philomath School District, Corvallis School District Food & Nutrition Services has implemented new software to improve and streamline the food service operations. Using the new TITAN family portal, you can link all of your students in one easy to manage location. Here you can manage your student’s meal accounts, make online payments and apply for Free or Reduced School meals. . (Please note: When signing in to the Titan family portal or applying for meal benefits Philomath parents will need to type Corvallis School District (Oregon) in the district box. Also, you must include the leading zero in your student’s ID number if it is not already 7 digits long.)To get started click HERE

Step 5 Bus Registration - OPTIONAL

If your child will be riding the school bus, registration is required and is available HERE. You may also find school bus routes and additional information at that link.

Step 6 Volunteer Application - OPTIONAL

Volunteering in your child's school is a great way to get involved and support your school. Please complete the district volunteer application form HERE.
