NON-RESIDENT STUDENT TRANSFER REQUESTS
For those living outside the Philomath School District (PSD) boundaries, you must submit an inter-district transfer request request upon initial enrollment in PSD. Please turn completed forms in to the District Office or e-mail to michele.mcrae@philomath.k12.or.us
