Register Current Philomath Students

 

Registration includes completion of the following:

 

1. Online Registration 

• ParentVue Portal - contact your school directly if you have any questions.

2. Philomath High School -Only

• Student Information Form

3. Attend school on-site registration in August 2024.

• Please complete online registration prior to attendance at the on-site registration.
• Limited computer access will be available on Registration Day.

 

Other Items to Complete, as Needed:

 

4. Medical Forms

• Please complete any necessary medical/ health information forms

5. School Meal Program - District Food Services

• Apply for Free/Reduced meals - https://linqconnect.com/

  • We encourage ALL families to apply for this program.  The Oregon EIG (Expanded Income Guidelines) gives access for free meals for many families!    Click HERE to view guidelines (24/25 guidelines will be updated soon!)

6. School Bus Registration

• If your child will be riding the bus at any point during the school year, registration is required. For additional information, contact Mid-Columbia Bus Company at (541) 929-5474.

7. Volunteer Application

• Volunteering in your child's school is a great way to get involved. Approved applications are valid for three years.  If interested, please complete a volunteer application form
