The ParentVUE mobile app helps parents stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight in the student's academic experience. The mobile app works with Synergy Student Information System (Synergy SIS) in much the same was as the web portal, allowing parents to view student classroom assignments and scores, attendance, demographic information, and much more.

An inter-district transfer allows a student to enroll in a school outside of their home district. This requires approval from the Philomath School District and the district of residence, through a formal application process. Decisions are often based on factors such as space availability, application deadlines, and acceptable reasons like hardship or access to specialized programs.
The 2026-2027 inter-district transfer form is now available.
Requests MUSTbe submitted to the district office and approved by the Superintendent PRIOR to registering at the schools. Once processed, you will be notified of the decision.
