Budget Committee Openings

Committee Application deadline extended - Please submit prior to December 31, 2025.

The Philomath School District Board of Directors will seek applicants to fill two open budget committee positions in the fall of 2025. Vacancies will be announced at the regular August 2025 Board Meeting. Please complete the Application Packet and return by September 30, 2025  December 31, 2025. Applications may be submitted in person to the District Office at 1620 Applegate St., Philomath, OR. Or by email to jennifer.griffith@philomath.k12.or.us 

Budget Committee Vacancy Application Packet 

To be eligible for the Budget Committee, you must be a registered voter of the school district and not be an officer, agent or employee of the district. The Board will review applications and make appointments at the October Board Meeting.

 

Budget Committee Members for 2025-26 Budget Preparation

The Budget Committee is made up of the five school board members and five budget committee members appointed from the community by the school board.
